What We Believe

At LifeTree Community Church, we are committed to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ and following His command to love God and love our neighbors. Our beliefs are rooted in the Bible, which we hold as the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Below is a summary of what we believe:

God

We believe in one God who is holy and eternal, existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, and He is sovereign over all of life.

Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who was sent to earth to redeem us. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, and rose from the dead three days later, conquering death and offering eternal life to all who believe in Him.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer, guiding us in truth, empowering us to live godly lives, and comforting us in times of need. The Spirit works in our hearts to make us more like Christ.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is God’s complete and perfect Word. It is our guide for faith and life, revealing God’s plan of redemption and teaching us how to live in a way that honors Him.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace. It is received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and not by any of our own efforts. Through Christ’s death and resurrection, we are forgiven of our sins and reconciled to God.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers around the world. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, and we are called to serve Him and one another as we share His love and truth with the world.
